L’appartement n’était pas très propre

The flat was in an ideal location. Perfect for exploring. Check-in was easy. It was very spacious with all the basic equipment you would need; plus some extras. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the netflix as well for whenever we had downtime. Lots of natural light for the daytime. The toilet is separate from the shower, which is very convenient. It allowed access without disturbing the rest of the family when someone was in the shower. The step stool was great to have, too. When we did inform the staff regarding any issues, they were quick to respond and offered solutions, which we really appreciated. We did not take up the offer as we felt compared to the rest of the flat; the minor defects were not going to hinder our stay.

There were rises into separate areas of the flat: into the living space & bedrooms. It did cause a minor hazard with your feet if you weren't careful. A night light or motion sensor night strips for evenings would negate this. The shower portion may need some upkeep. We had one incident of shower water coming out due to the plastic shower seal being deteriorated, with some sections being unattached. There was a minor issue with a foul smell emitting from the shower side of the restroom when used. It was either a city drainage issue or might need a deep clean due to residue build-up. Please note: even with these minor issues, we would still highly recommend the flat.

El apartamento es precioso, muy espacioso y con una bonita decoración. Las camas son muy cómodas y la cocina totalmente equipada. La ubicación excelente, cerca de todo lo que hay que ver en Praga.
