Mercier de Montigny - Les Chambres du Beffroi - SPA et Massage

I loved the view of the castle, it was just stunning sitting in our very spacious room looking at the view. The en-suite bathroom was lovely. The location to town was fantastic and we slept well.

We didn’t like the communal breakfast table, it was awkward as three groups from different countries all wanted to be separate. Nor the fact some things appeared to have been prepared much earlier. I think if we stayed again we would probably go and find a cafe instead, especially as breakfast is an extra and not included in the room price. We stayed in the Angelic room and the shower would go from hot to cold throughout, even if just left alone. I guess it’s down to some old fashioned plumbing and can’t be helped but I think if I was staying longer I would start to get annoyed.

Fantastic location and an excellent breakfast. This was our second visit and we had the same room as before, with a wonderful view overlooking the castle.
