Great location but limited amenities and comfort

Great location in heart of old town, close (walking) to bars, restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. Spacious living room in converted attic.

Have stayed in various similarly priced properties in town and overall didn’t find it as comfortable to stay in. As solo traveller I missed a TV in living room (only in bedroom) and somehow couldn’t regulate temperature well across apartment. Small touches like providing shower gel and tea/coffee would be help overall experience.

I would repeat!! Amazing

The amazing decoration and the cozy atmosphere, everything felt new and well cared. It's so modern yet somehow also rustic and homely! Bed was very comfy too, and it had lovely views day and night. Very good use of the atic, plus you're in the very center with market and carrefour and all kind of things around, enjoyed my stay lots. I didn't had to worry of my arrival time, as the host gives remote access to the keys and it's very comfortable. Host has a great communication and is very kind and helpful.

Four floors of stairs, but that's normal in Fougeres buildings and when you get to the top is very worth it. The old pipes of the very modern and cool bathroom had a poor smell, but the host kindly give me materials and resources to solve so it was minor in comparison with the amazing place. I missed a TV in the living room but there's one in bedroom!

Très agréable mais il faut préciser les 60 marches pour accéder au logement merci pour les séniors

logement conforme à notre attente sauf l'étage pas assez précisé !

problème on ne nous précise pas ASSEZ qu'il faut monter "4 ETAGES ETROITS" soit en tout 60 MARCHES !. Quand on est jeune cela peut aller mais il ne faut pas avoir de soucis de genoux ou des problèmes cardiaques.

Séjour inoubliable dans un appartement spacieux, propre et très bien situé.

L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin dans la vie quotidienne, y compris un lave-vaisselle, une machine à laver, tous les ustensiles de cuisine, la télévision, une connexion-Internet etc. A cela, il faut ajouter que l'appartement, spacieux et coquet, est situé non loin du centre historique de Fougères.
