trop cher pour pour ce que c'est.

toute la partie literie donc les oreiller, le clic clac pas du tout adapté pour être transformé un lit. Le matelas de la chambre ça pouvait allé, mes filles ont bien dormi. L'isolation est une catastrophe, nous entendions littéralement et distinctement la conversation téléphonique de la voisine, donc à savoir si sommeil Legé.

Heel gezellige en praktische studio

Heel gezellige met smaak ingerichte studio! Kleine balkon met groot raam zodat je toch wat "buiten" kan zitten op de 2de verdieping. Duidelijke uitleg over gebruik en toegang door de host. Heel comfortabel voor 2 personen. Compleet ingericht met vaatwasser en wasmachine. Rustige ligging.

De studio is er klein voor 4 personen maar wel mogelijk voor een nachtje. Eerder verre wandeling naar het stadscentrum, maar doenbaar.

Une belle surprise !

Endroit super bien situé, pas trop loin du centre médiéval de Fougères, et pas trop proche non plus (donc parfait pour la tranquillité). Super bien décoré, très confort. Des hôtes disponibles pour répondre aux questions rapidement et vraiment très amicaux par message. Très facile à trouver, pratique pour parquer et récupérer les clés. Grand espace vert juste derrière pour les enfants, petite-terrasse agréable. À proximité de l'Arcadia. Bref, parfait pour un weekend en famille.

Seuls reproches seraient la salle de bain un peu petite et trop chauffée, mais il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait, donc c'était malgré tout parfait ! On garde l'adresse pour nos prochaines visites à Fougères ;-)

Apartamento acogedor

Apartamento limpio y acogedor con unas vistas muy bonitas a un parque con muchos árboles. Hay un Carrefour a 10-15minutos andando. Zona tranquila y con posibilidad de aparcar en la calle en un parquing numerado delante del edificio. Está bien comunicado para coger autovias y carreteras principales, pero si quieres ver el castillo de Fougeres tienes que coger el coche porque el apartamento está lejos de la zona.

Paredes muy finias. Desdel lavabo se escuchaba todas las conversaciones y ruidos del vecino de al lado. Éramos dos adultos y una niña, quizá hubiera estado bien dejarmos algo más de café o algun otro detalle básico para los 4 días que estuvimos: sólo encontramos dos càpsulas de café y dos de te con azúcar. El anfitrión no habla nada de inglés y todas las instrucciones escritas dentro del apartamentom están en francés. Creemos que hubiera estado bien tener algo escrito en inglés para facilitar el buen entendimiento de las normas del piso (porque de echo, hubo un problema de traducción y mal entendimiento con el anfitrión). El inglés no es nuestra lengua materna tampoco, hacemos un esfuerzo para hablarlo y podernos comunicar allí donde vamos, y aunque es verdad que hay traductores onlinr, siendo el inglés supuestamente la lengua universal, se agradeceríal al menos tener las normas que hay impresas y emmarcadas en el piso en inglés y francés.

Tutto ! Posto incantevole sembra di essere dentro ad una favola talmente è bello! Le camere sono deliziose e la signora è super accogliente e disponibile! Colazione molto buona in una sala che sembra uscire da un libro illustrato! La posizione è ottima per chi come noi viaggiava in macchina e cercava un punto di snodo tra le varie tappe! Spero di poterci tornare ☺️

Bon emplacement et appart parfait si réveil du matin tôt !

L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé, le linge de lit, les serviettes, le wifi, les messages d'information, la déco, tout était parfait! La place de parking et l'entrée autonome sont de réels plus!

Malheureusement, les perceuses, marteaux et autres outils bruyants dans l'appartement d'à côté à 8h tapantes n'ont pas été particulièrement appréciés, même en étant prévenus dans le mail d'information de la remise des clés.... heureusement que nous n'avions pas prévu de faire la grasse matinée, mais pas prévu non plus un réveil aussi tôt. De toutes façons, la luminosité nous avait déjà réveillé 😅A l'avenir si nous devons revenir, nous prendrons nos masques de nuit car les volets ne sont pas opacifiants 😅😅
