Relax in coastal OC in this bright and modern condo with ample stylish upgrades! Many condos are jam packed with as many beds as possible; this condo is different and is perfectly appointed for 2 couples (2 king bedrooms) or a family. Please note that the master bedroom closet is not available for use during your stay (it is used as an owner's closet and is locked). There is a large bureau in the bedroom with large drawers with ample space to store your clothes! Whether your goal is to walk to the beach (through the prestigious Waldorf Astoria Resort), relax in the pool or 1 of hot tub(s), or visit Dana Point Harbor, Laguna Beach (10min), San Clemente (15min) or Newport Beach (25min), you can do it all here!

My husband and I were visiting Dana Point and had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo. Super clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. John, the host, was very helpful and hospitable. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Great apartment and location in Dana Point, enjoy nice safe neighborhood and a beautiful location, easy walk to the beach with a very scenic view. The condo was clean and decorated nicely.

we booked an eight day stay to beat the heat of the desert. The accommodations were excellent and communication was perfect the community is well located. With shopping restaurants and the ocean within easy reach.

Quirky…The kindest description I can give this place is quirky. My husband and I stayed here with my brother and sister-in-law when we were visiting OC for my sisters birthday celebration. Pros: good location, the “host”, Adam was always quick to respond to any/all of my questions. The beds were pretty comfortable. The designated parking space was very helpful.Cons: for anyone with hip or knee joint issues this is NOT the place to stay. All the living room furniture and the bed in the second bedroom sit very low to the floor. Also, this is a second floor unit requiring climbing and hauling suitcases, etc. up 16 steps.The freezer was full of food. When I contacted the host his response was to feel free to throw it all away. Nope, not my job. That should have been done by the cleaning crew. Additionally, the doors of the refrigerator were full of multiple containers of open condiments and the pantry was full of multiple open items of food, baking goods and spices. A few basics are fine but this was very unappealing.The locked master bedroom closet… what’s up with that?!? If the owners need more than the locked storage outside the condo they should reconfigure the living room and hallway linen closets for their needs, not take up the entire walk-in master bedroom closet! Unfortunately, I missed that in the description and in another review, otherwise I would not have booked this property.I got the feeling that the owners live here on a regular basis and vacate the pro
