Stunning remodel of this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Be among the first to enjoy this completely renovated condo in the private, gated community of Ritz Pointe. Everything is new from the furniture to the hotel quality mattresses to the luxury linens. All the comforts of home at your beach getaway. Community amenities include a new, heated pool, fitness room, and ocean view patio and jacuzzi. The condo has a completely remodeled kitchen with beautiful quartz counter tops, wood cabinetry and wood flooring. The comfortable living room furniture is great for enjoying TV in front of a cozy fireplace. Light and bright deck wraps around the side of the condo with dining table and chairs. This ground floor space has no stairs and is easy to navigate. All carpeting was removed in 2019 and bamboo floors installed throughout.

Though I have been to California several times this was my first solo trip as well as first trip to Dana Point.
So glad I stumbled upon Carla at Itrip and this rental!! Carla was fantastic from start to finish. Very pleasant and accessible. These characteristics made my decision to book with her. The unit was immaculate. The owners went above and beyond equipping and providing all the necessary items for an enjoyable worry free stay! Close to the Salt Creek Beach via walking path however for me personally driving to the public lot, using the provided OC Beach/StatePark parking pass was a dream!
Love the manned gated entry. Safe! Close and easy driving to grocery, restaurants and surrounding towns.
It was a wonderful visit and I hope to be able to stay here again! Thank you!

This is our third year staying with in this community and in Dana point. It was great as usual. We had a great stay. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We had a fabulous stay!

The Appartement is clean and big enough for a Family. But now that we know what Dana Point has to offer, it is much to expensive.
For this price you can get so many better places to stay.
