The condo is located adjacent to the 5 star hotels of the St. Regis and the Ritz Carlton along with the beautifully maintained Monarch Beach Golf Links. Enjoy walking along the scenic trail that takes you from the condo to Salt Creek Beach. This trail winds along parts of the Monarch Beach Golf Links with breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean. It is approximately a 15 minute walk from the condo to the white sands of Salt Creek Beach.
Dana Point is centrally located to most of Southern California's major attractions. From a short drive north to Los Angeles or a short drive south to sunny San Diego. Some of the most popular attractions include Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Legoland and some of the best shopping and dining available in Southern California.
