Master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV & cable, shower & private bathroom, and large walk in closet. Second bedroom includes a queen bed, full dresser, comfy armchair, and also a large walk in closet. Second bathroom is located next to second bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen with small breakfast table, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven, & large fridge. Large dining room table seats 8! Living room includes 50" flat screen smart TV & cable; and sofa can be pulled out to become a queen bed. Ritz Pointe pool & clubhouse just steps away from unit. A gas grill is provided on the patio. This unit is perfectly located within its complex for easy access. The walk to sand creek beach is very scenic and was a highlight of the trip. Well appointed kitchen and private laundry were a big plus. The owner is easily reached and very nice.

The condo is even better than the pictures and description, we had 3 generations on our trip and all 3 loved everything about the condo. The location is in a beautiful location, with a 1.2mile walk to the beach through a walking trail which was an added bonus. Everything you need (restaurants, grocery store, beaches, etc…) is quite close and convenient. Definitely look forward to staying here again with the family. The owners make sure you have everything you need to make your stay a success!

We really loved this property. The house was fully stocked and very clean, with more than enough extras of various necessities such as towels, linens, dishes, spices, and toiletries. The house is charming and cozy in the perfect spot super close to Dana Point. We were here for a graduation and it was the perfect base for exploring SoCal. We would highly recommend this property to anyone or even stay again!
