This private and spacious condo is on the ground level and is designed to have no one above you and direct access from the parking area –NO STAIRS to be concerned with! Additional features are cathedral ceilings, skylights, and grand windows throughout that provide a fantastic view of the ocean and sunsets. Central air conditioning and heating are available if needed. This condo is located on a bluff above the Waldorf Astoria - Monarch Beach Golf-Link and Resort in the Ritz Pointe Community neighboring the City of Laguna Niguel. Enter into a gated community where a live guard (24 hours) will give you a pass for your private stay. In the summertime, there is a free trolley adjoining the local cities. You couldn't be in a better location. Additionally, minutes to Dana Point Harbor, whale watching, sport fishing, and Ocean Institute; 10 minutes to the world-famous Laguna Beach art colony, Pageant of the Arts, and Sawdust Festival. For the shoppers in your group, high-end shopping at Fashion Island, Irvine Spectrum, and South Coast Plaza, or visit the newly renovated outlet mall in San Clemente for bargain hunting. Fantastic condo in a great location with unbelievable views! The gated community was very beautiful and the grounds were too. The condo had everything you would need in the kitchen, baths, bedrooms, and living spaces. Loved having a cocktail on the patio admiring the ocean and sunsets. The hosts were awesome to work with - very accomodating. We want to come back for a longer time next time we visit California because we have found "the perfect condo" for us! Thanks Liz and Jaime for allowing us to share your amazing place!

A perfect place to vacation with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets and a short walk to the beach. It’s a perfect location in a gated community but entry into the community and the condo are super easy. Only one step to enter the condo and no unit above you. The unit is comfortable, sparkling clean, well-organized and well-stocked. Highly recommended as your home away from home. Definitely my favorite VRBO. I hope to stay here again soon.

Fantastic views from the rooms and patio! Walk to the beach and easy five minute drive to all your daily shopping needs. In addition Ritz Point is right next to all three major towns San Clemente, Laguna Nigel & Laguna Beach. Therefore shopping & dining from fast food to gourmet restaurants are all within a short drive. Of course the town of Dana Point offers all of the above along with bayside restaurants and walks along the bay site seeing. The 2 bedrooms, two bath rooms, eat in kitchen, dining alcove, living room on the top floor with no steps in or outside makes for a perfect stay in the gated community of Ritz Point! To top it all off Jaime & Liz were the best hosts anyone would desire!!! Any questions or needs were quickly answered or done!!!I give it all a 10!

Owners really thought of everything and made our stay very enjoyable !!! Location , views , kitchen supplies , comfy beds and blankets , etc …
