Completely design three-bedroom apartment, recently renovated and re-decorated, you can enjoy one of the best areas of central Madrid. Two of the rooms have 0.90 cm bunk beds, two of them with a balcony facing the street, being incredibly bright, the third room has a 1.35 cm bed. Prepared for a totally comfortable stay. All beds have a pack of sheets so you don't have to worry about a thing.
- Living room: bright living room completely renovated with designer furniture and hundreds of details. It consists of a comfortable sofa, carpet, side table and a very bright balcony overlooking the street.

Memory foam double bed imported from Italy, plants, an armchair to rest, storage for clothes and a great outdoor balcony.
The bed comes fully equipped with impeccable sheets, pillows and cushions.
- Nº2 Bedroom: Very bright and cozy.
A bunk bed with two 0.90cm memory foam beds imported from Italy, plants, storage for clothes, a comfortable armchair and an outside balcony.
The bed comes fully equipped with impeccable sheets, pillows and cushions.
- Nº3 Bedroom: Very bright and cozy.
Comfortable 0.90 bunk bed, with memory foam mattresses, plants, armchair and storage for clothes.
The bed comes fully equipped with impeccable sheets, pillows and cushions.
- 1 fully equipped bathroom with everything you need to have a perfect stay for 1 to 6 people.
The bathroom will have a towel pack for each guest: large, medium and foot towels.
Hair dryer, iron, soap dish, shampoo and gel.
In addition, the apartment has a small toilet.
The neighborhood is emblematic of Madrid, very close you have two metro stations: Delicias and Palos de la Frontera, if you want to walk downtown you have only 5 minutes.
Nearby you will find Atocha, the Reina Sofia museum and the El Retiro Park, you will have an incredible experience.

Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.
Access to the apartment works with an automated system that is activated with your mobile phone, so it is important to have a phone with internet, at least for check-in. Inside the apartment you will have a set of keys for the stay.
IMPORTANT: Only one set of keys is left in the apartment for the stay, due to security policies. The opening system with the link will also remain valid throughout the stay, so you can use both the keys and the opening link.

over all ok. door in main bathroom handle is broken. Double bed sheets were stained. they had spots on it. per contract it stated it would have a physical set of keys and it did not. we requested the keys and were told no. we had some issues with getting in the main door . place was clean otherwise
