** This apartment could be rented for long or medium stays.
It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. **
It is undoubtedly a very exclusive property because in Madrid it is very difficult to find apartments with private terrace, moreover of considerable size. This penthouse has a terrace of more than 60 m2 with garden furniture and prepared to enjoy the sun, or having meals outdoor.
The whole apartment is exterior and all the rooms look directly to the terrace of the apartment, the living room with built-in kitchen is spacious and very comfortable, in addition it is furnished with design and good taste. The sofa is convertible into a double sofa bed (135 x 190 cm). In addition there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and independent and a separated toilet.
The apartment is located at Paseo de las Delicias, a completely safe area at night. A few meters from the apartment is the Atocha train station.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Very nice top floor apartment with great deck. Even in November, we spent time outside. Friendly management met us on arrival and were flexible about check-in time. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, as well as several reasonably sized supermarkets. The key museums and train station are within a few minutes to 20 minutes walk. We did easy day trips to Toledo and Segovia while we stayed there as well as see a lot of Madrid. Kitchen supplies were fine for simple meals.

This was a great place to stay while we visited our son studying abroad. The balcony was amazing - only wish it wasnt so hot so we could have spent more time out there. The size was great, amenities perfect, and location ideal. Thanks!

Simple, clean and comfortable accommodations in a good location. Very close to the train station, park and museums. The manager was very responsive to my communications, especially flexible with my arrival and departure times. There was some confusion with the booking because of the property was listed on multiple aggregating travel sites. But, it all worked out in the end. One great feature of the unit is the roof top deck. We enjoyed having our evening meal and unwinding on the patio at the end of our busy days sight seeing.
