5人で宿泊しましたが、ベットがプラス2台あったり、テレビもそれぞれ違う番組を観たりと、広々としたお部屋でくつろぐ事が出来ました。 食事出来る店も近くにあり、歩いて行けて良かったです。
洗濯を乾かすスペース(かける所)があまりなかった所です。

Proximity to Hakata station and Canal city (both 15 minutes by foot) So much space for 5 people Two toilets Washing machine with dryer For that price it was an absolute steal

Good location, close to Hakata Station. Linens and towels were clean. Floors seemed to be clean. Toilet area and shower in the room were clean. Easy to check in. Elevator up to room.
The room had a bad smell, musty like cigarettes. Seemed to be coming from the toilet. There were 2 bathrooms but one was outside the room door, meaning anyone could technically access it as the building didn't have a code/lock. The furniture had parts starting to wear, such as the edging falling off. Beds were pretty hard. Bed heads had dust still on them. There was mold growing in the vents on the toilet door. Didn't use kitchen, so can't make comment. However, fridge is in need of a defrosting.
