The bed was super comfy.Strong water pressure shower.Near to Hakata station so it's easy to navigate with the subway and bus terminal.They provide a lot of towels.Value for money 👍

This was an unmanned accommodation. There were no flexibility with the check in/ out time, you cannot leave your luggage there. If that is what you want, this place is for you. We loved the large room and the location. It would be value for money if you travel with a group or family as you get 3 large beds in your room. There were microwave, decent size fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer but not safe deposit box to store your valuables.
Tips: If you need to leave your luggage, there were many coin lockers at Hakata station and the shopping mall at the station. Don't leave them with the kiosk on the first floor of the train station (that's the first thing you will see) they are expensive and they are many lockers nearby.

The property is a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. Since it is an unmanned accommodation, there is no luggage storage available before check-in or after check-out, so you will need to use the lockers at Hakata Station. The 3-single-bed option was a perfect choice for our group.
However, please note that for our 5-day stay, no housekeeping or vacuum cleaner was provided. When we requested an extra plastic trash bag, our request was denied, and we were told via email to use supermarket plastic bags instead. Dealing with the accumulating rubbish for 5 days was definitely a downside.
