困ったことがあり、電話するとホテルの代表？管理者？につながるのがよかった。
チェックイン前の自動ドアを開ける作業が少し分かりづらかった

事前に写真を送れとか予約後の手続きが面倒でした。結局写真を送ったのに読み取れずに暗証番号を入力で入れました。それだったら写真の送付は意味がなく、個人情報が漏れるのではと不安です。
