cozy and friendly

very cosy environment. friendly staff… made all the efforts to accommodate our baby. Room was clean, warm and spacious . The staff were all amazing, they even gave us a ticket for Seceda lift, what saved us 34€! The breakfast was also good, fresh bread every day

The only thing I would point is the short amount of fruit for breakfast, but is a personal taste !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and very good breakfast. Only a few minutes by foot away from the old town of Klausen. I had a very comfortable stay.

Classic hotel with spacious rooms and very nice and helpful staff.

Wifi was not constant. When we got there it didn’t work at all so I had to go down and ask them to try to fix it.

Lovely escape in the mountains

Adorable little hotel, great place to stay! The staff was so friendly and the room had a great view. Plenty of parking and the restaurant was delicious!! Great water pressure and comfortable bed. Very dog friendly ♡

Buon punto di appoggio

Hotel sulla strada principale con grande parcheggio gratuito. L'Alto Adige offre la gratuità dei mezzi pubblici e sono facilmente raggiungibili: in 15 min a piedi si arriva alla stazione del treno e a pochi metri c'è la fermata dell'autobus. Buona accoglienza, colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata con alcuni prodotti fatti in casa, bevande calde preparate al momento al bar. Camera adatta per dimensioni e molto calda nonostante la temperatura esterna fosse sotto zero anche di giorno.

Nelle stanze arredamento anni 80 e pulizia non sempre impeccabile. Rapporto qualità prezzo. No speck tra le proposte della colazione.

Capodanno in Alto Adige

Il residence si trova subito dopo l’uscita dell’autostrada ed è in una posizione strategica per sciare sia in Val Gardena sia all’Alpe di Siusi. La proprietaria è molto accogliente ed estremamente flessibile e disponibile (siamo arrivati a notte inoltrata e ha comunque fatto in modo che potessimo fare il check in). Ottima colazione molto fornita. Parcheggio ampio e sempre disponibile.

Gli arredi delle stanze sono un po’ datati, ma comunque funzionali.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war schön, sauber und komfortabel. Unsere Fahrräder konnten sicher untergebracht werden.

Mejor restaurante que hotel. Mejor de placer que por trabajo.

El personal, la comida y el ambiente son muy agradables. La cena estaba deliciosa. El aparcamiento en la puerta muy comodo.

La habitación y el baño están anticuados y necesitan una revisión. La WIFI no funciona salvo en la recepción y hay muy mala cobertura por lo que nos impidió trabajar con normalidad.

Stoppover - Überraschend herzlich und freundlich. Hat gut getan.

Sehr herzlich! Spontaner Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht war sehr nett. Wir konnten im Restaurant des Hotels gleich nach Ankunft gut essen. Nach dem guten Frühstück am nächsten Morgen konnten wir gestärkt die Reise forsetzen. Wirtin und Personal besonders freundlich. Ein guter Ort - merken wir uns!

Für eine Nacht ok aber dafür definitiv zu hochpreisig mit über 100 Euro für das erhaltene Zimmer.

Personal sehr freundlich. Lage gut. Schöne Terrasse. Abendessen Preis-Leistung in Ordnung.

Zimmer war klein und nicht sauber. Über Vorhang Spinnennetz inklusive Spinnen. Keine Klimaanlage. Frühstücksbüffet mittelmäßig.
