Great value in Malcesine!

Communication with the host was very good - always got quick replies to questions and check-in instructions were clear. Free parking was also good. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the edge of the Old Town, so a great location. Malcesine is a beautiful town. The apartment was very clean, good sized rooms and comfy beds. The living area/kitchen has everything you need, and the garden is nice and peaceful with olive trees and garden furniture. The shower is super powerful too. The host even lent us her iron as we were going to a wedding - thank you!

I would have liked an extra pillow each on the bed!

Exceptional

The nice apartment decorated with taste and with high quality furniture, very clean, comfy and well equipped, the bed and mattress are very good. Quiet surroundings and own small terrace with sunloungers in the olive and limon trees garden. Private parking is really useful as finding a spot nearby may be challenging. The apartments are just about 10 min walking to the Old Town, shops, restaurants and lake. Irina is a wonderful hostess, more than friendly, thank You. Perfect place for staying to enjoy the Malcesine, the Garda lake, visit nearby towns and mountains. Highly recommend.

Lovely modern apartment, clean, comfortable, cool and quiet

We loved this apartment. It is a great size for 2 people, well appointed and sits in a lovely, quiet garden. the apartment has doors opening onto the garden and little olive grove at the back with its own garden furniture and panels to give you some privacy

Exceptional

Very nice and big two bedroom appartment in the quite area of Malchesine. The appartment has everything you need, and if you need something extra, the host Irina will do all she can, to help you solve any problems you have. 15 minutes walk to donwtown with all the shops and restaurants. If you don't want to go to the downtown, there is a nice pizzeria Al Cervo , just 1 minute up the street. And it is only 5 minutes to the lake - on the way down you can turn left to the small street Via Fornaci - there is a sign with waves. The garden is big and green, kids can easily play there, while we were sitting on the nice terrace or on the sunbeds under palms and olive trees. There is really no sign for Casa Simone, but for those who will go there - a little hint - you turn right to the Funive 2 parking sign, and then it's the second turn to the right.

A great apartment in a lovely town by Lake Garda.

Casa Simone was a great place to stay in Malcesine. The host was very friendly and helpful: he gave us a hand when we had a problem with our car, for example. The apartment was nicely furnished and well equipped. We had easy access to Malcesine, which is a lovely little town with a bunch of nice restaurants, a place to chill out on the beach and fantastic views from the hiking trails in the mountains.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung - super Ausstattung, super Lage, super GastgeberIn ...

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Alles nagelneu und geschmackvoll. Wir kochen auch mal gern und haben uns gefreut, dass alles Nötige an Utensilien da war. Die Lage war für uns perfekt - nicht direkt in der belebten Altstadt und auch nicht an der immer befahrenen Küstenstrasse, sondern etwas zurückgesetzt und super ruhig. Dennoch zu Fuss nur 10 min zum Strand, 12 min in die Altstadt und zum Supermarkt, 9 min zur Monte Baldo Seilbahn, 3 min zu einem tollen Restaurant. Die Gastgeberin ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Also eine 100%ige Empfehlung unsererseits!

Preisleistung gut würden wiederkommen

Gastgeber außerordentlich nett, freundlich zuvorkommend ,wenn irgendetwas war konnte man sie immer fragen und erreichen über WhatsApp oder sogar persönlich . Spricht auch gut deutsch ,man wurde mit selbst gemachten Limoncello begrüßt der ganz nebenbei auch noch perfekt schmeckt. Haben viele Stammkunden Lage zu Malcesine Centro nur gute 10 Min. Fußweg ,wo sich dann auch der erste Supermarkt befindet.Handtücher sind vor Ort und Bettwäsche auch

Betten waren für unser empfinden zu hart.

Wspaniała lokalizacja i komfortowe udogodnienia.

Nasz pobyt w obiekcie Casa Simone był bardzo udany. Apartament zawierał bardzo dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię i nowoczesną łazienkę, czystość była nienaganna. Za domem znajduje się uroczy taras i ogródek z drzewami oliwnymi i cytrynowymi. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, w 10-15 minut można dojść do centrum miasteczka, a w odległości kilku minut drogi znajduje się kolejka na Monte Baldo. Gospodarze troszczyli się o nas i kontakt z nimi był bardzo szybki. Polecam!

Podobało nam się wszystko. Apartament bardzo czysty, wszystko co potrzeba do życia ❤️ Właściciele uratowali nam życie, gdy w motocyklu złapaliśmy gumę. Pożyczyli nam swój samochód żebyśmy mogli pojechać do sąsiedniego miasta, gdzie znajdował się serwis motocyklowy. Opona naprawiona, wyjazd uratowany! Jescze raz dziękujemy za życzliwość i pomoc w opałach! Tacy właściciele to skarb😍
