Owners attitude was nice and cooperative
Facilities in property include hot water heating system needs to be replaced as we were 4 of us and we ran out with hot water after 2 of us took the shower. Had to wait for an hour to heat up the water. Another issue were cleanliness in the property could be better as it was not worth it paying over £1100 for 4 nights and flat weee dusty.
