Fácil acceso, limpieza y ubicación

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία σε πολύ ζωντανή κ ασφαλή περιοχή, γεμάτη κόσμο, σούπερ μάρκετ και μαγαζία εστίασης όλων των ειδών, 5' με τα πόδια από την Playa de las Canteras, όπου μπορείς να κολυμπήσεις. Ο σταθμός των Υπεραστικών λεωφορείων της Santa Catalina βρίσκεται στα 10' με τα πόδια ή εναλλακτικά 2 στάσεις με την αστική συγκοινωνία. Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια με πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια και όλες τις ανέσεις. Oι φωτογραφίες αδικούν το χώρο, στην πραγματικότητα είναι πολύ πιο όμορφος και ευχάριστος. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό.

Πολύ δύσκολη και κακή επικοινωνία. Είχαμε πρόβλημα με το τσεκ ιν του ενός από τα δύο διαμερίσματα, είχαμε στείλει μήνυμα μέσω της εφαρμογής booking και δεν μας απάντησε ποτέ κανένας. Την επόμενη μέρα καθώς ταξιδεύαμε 22 λεπτά αναμονής στη γραμμή του επιβεβαιωτικού email και δεν απάντησε επίσης ποτέ κανένας. Απελπισμένοι ψάξαμε και βρήκαμε στο ίντερνετ κάποιο άλλο τηλέφωνο, όπου πάλι έβγαινε αυτοματοποιημένο μήνυμα κ τελικά μετά από πολύ μεγάλη προσπάθεια καταφέραμε να μιλήσουμε με κάποιον εκπρόσωπο και να λύσουμε επιτέλους το πρόβλημα, λίγο πριν αφιχθούμε στο κατάλυμα, αργά το βράδυ... Το επίσης παράδοξο είναι ότι λάβαμε γραπτή απάντηση την επόμενη μέρα, αφότου είχαμε κάνει ήδη τσεκ ιν.. Πολύ δυνατός θόρυβος στο δωμάτιο από το boiler μετά το μπάνιο με ζεστό νερό. Ευτυχώς μετά από κάποια ώρα σταματάει μόνο του, όμως στην αρχή που δεν ξέρεις τι είναι, σε σαστίζει αρνητικά. Επίσης πολύ κακή, έως ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση. Ακούς τις φωνές από τα διπλανά δωμάτια και τα έπιπλα που σέρνονται από τους πάνω ορόφους, όλες τις ώρες.

Room was clean upon arrival and equipped well for cooking.

One of the staff was consistently rude. When trying to do the self check in we were advised to come back a bit later as we were too early for the room. When coming back later the doors were locked as it was past the cafe hours which is the only time a staff member is there. We did not receive the code yet to open the door but saw a staff right inside the door with another guest so we knocked on the door. She shook her head at us to say no and refused to let us in. We continued to knock and I showed her my booking from the window to which she finally let us in. Was very unprofessional to not just open the door and ask us if we were staying there. You have to buy your own toilet paper. They are very stingy here and It’s not clearly stated that it is essentially completely self service and no one will help you. You only get a room clean/fresh towels after ~9 or so days (can’t remember exactly). The public toilets in the building were also often locked or not stocked with toilet paper. We felt like children that were locked out of everything and watched passive aggressively by staff. Breakfast is not the worst but there was mold growing on the veggies so we decided to only have it the one morning. The sandwiches they sell throughout the day we saw the staff just taking them out of prepackaged containers what you buy at any of the grocery stores so definitely not worth it to buy any of their food. Overall the experience was not worth the money.
