Prachtig, comfortabel en modern ingericht appartement in bruisende omgeving van Las Palma. Dicht bij de stads strand, restaurants en supermarkten. Goed en comfortabele bed. Goede communicatie
Auto parkeren tegen extra extra kosten van €12,- Maar dat is de consequentie van op deze lokatie in de stad verblijven Basis producten als peper, zout of olie waren niet aanwezig.

This is an absolutely excellent apartment, very close to the heart of the Puerto area with a superb range of amenities within easy distance. The apartment itself is very well set out, with a well-designed bathroom area, a large and comfortable bed and a dining / kitchen area that includes dish washer, microwave as well as a washing machine. Our host, Juan, could not have been more helpful, advising where to park the rental car and being very flexible in arranging to meet and hand over keys as well as sending information about Gran Canaria beforehand.

I had doubts at first as there was only plenty of reviews. Turned out to be the perfect vacation rental. Clean, with exceptional design, fully equipped. Juan is a polite and courteous owner, always helpful and kind. The flat is close to the beach and vis-à-vis to an to the local harbour - market where you can enjoy breakfast as well as drinks and snacks in the evening. Totally recommend!!
