Buena ubicación, apartamento amplio.

El ruido, camas cómodas pero estrechas. Termo con agua caliente limitada. Menaje de cocina y rollo de papel WC escasos.

Lugn gata, nära till Las Canteras och många livsmedelsbutiker i närheten. Lätt att ta buss till och från flygplatsen. Trevligt med handtvål, diskmedel och några toarullar när vi anlände. Gott om plats att hänga upp medhavd resväska (gott om galgar!) Stor och ren lägenhet.

Smådetaljer som skulle kunna höja betyget till topp är att det även kunde ha funnits diskmaskinstabletter. Och att man ser över framförallt antal glas och tallrikar. Det fanns flera olika tallrikar men en assiett och bara ett vinglas. (Vi är trots allt i ett vinhemland!) Sängarna var smala! 80 cm. Men det är som det är. Det hade gärna kunnat vara en golvlampa för lite mer mysbelysning, nu var det antingen taklampor eller becksvart (lampan under fläkten fick vara ett alternativ). Tyvärr fungerade inte hissen större delen av tiden. Jag fick ringa/chatt i what’s up, efter reperation i princip varje dag. De kom och åtgärdade. Den fungerade några timmar och sedan trasig på nytt. Irriterande men gav väl lite extra motion.

Overall, the apartment made a good impression. Pros: The location is very convenient: the beach is nearby, and there is a grocery store in the same building. The building itself is new, with a fresh renovation, and everything inside the apartment also feels new — furniture and appliances are in very good condition. The apartment is spacious, which is especially comfortable when staying with a child. There is all the necessary equipment, including a washing machine and a smart TV. The Wi-Fi worked well. All basic kitchenware and dishes were available.

Cons: It is quite noisy. Street noise is clearly audible, and neighbors can also be heard — even sounds from the first floor reach the third floor through the ventilation system. Sometimes cooking smells from neighboring apartments come through the ventilation, not extremely strong but noticeable. The ventilation hood also produces quite a loud noise. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was constantly broken. During our one-week stay it was repaired at least twice, but most of the time it was unusable. There is no parking near the building, which may be important for some guests. The mattresses are rather firm. There is no air conditioning (which may matter to some guests). In December it felt a bit cold at night. There were no basic kitchen essentials such as sugar, salt, oil, or drinking water. We arrived late, and the shops were already closed, so this was inconvenient. Although this was not stated in the description, it would have been a nice touch. Communication with the host was poor: our messages about the broken elevator and where to dispose of waste were ignored.
