Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns zu 3. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal, sowohl Supermarkt als auch diverse Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Bäcker sind innerhalb von 3-10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen .
Ein kleiner Außenbereich wäre toll. Aber ganz ehrlich die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht .

Appartement bien situé, proche de la mer. Bien équipé et avec des attentions de l’hôte très appréciés (chocolats, bouteilles d’eau, etc). Communication très facile avec l’hôte pour toute question. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue si on a un peu de chance car les places partent vite à Las Palmas !
Les photos donnaient l’impression d’un appartement un peu plus « neuf » mais il est en état d’usage classique. L’isolation n’est pas très bonne, on entendait beaucoup le bruit de la rue depuis le salon et les voisins, sans que ce soit gênant le soir.

Muy grande y cerca de la playa. Muy útil tener aceite vinagre y algunas especias en la cocina.
No hay ventilador ni aire acondicionado.
