Proprietarul a fost foarte prompt, ne-a dat toate informațiile necesare și ne-a răspuns la toate întrebările. Amplasamentul apartamentului este bun, aproape de port și de zona de plajă. Facilitățile sunt și ele ok.
Apartament gălăgios. Faptul ca este situat la parter, într-o zona circulata, îl face sa fie gălăgios. Una din camere este situată exact la strada. Gălăgia se aude și de la etajul superior.
