Nice stay for a weekend getaway.
Great location, in walking distance to the bus station, the beach, park or the port.
Yes, it can be a bit too noisy at night, but that's to be expected considering all the bars and the location of the apartments.
All in all, I personally enjoyed the stay and looking forward to seeing you again on the next trip to Las Palmas (hopefully next time it won't be in the middle of a storm ) :) :)

Reception very poor. Opening hours vary from day to day. Not shure sombody there at office hour. Very good location room and bathroom roomy and nice vieuv from 8 floor. Can strongly recomend if you trawel on à budget. Good value for the money. Traweler in whelchair from Sweden

The room was compact, but had all we needed, the bed was comfortable and the shower good. My only want would have been to have a kettle for our
