    Did not deliver on what is advertised in the website. Even thought we are a couple we only found one bottle of water. No English or normal tea bags. As a couple we opted for a large bed which there was a section for two single beds or a large bed. When we asked we told the hotel does not have double beds but only single beds pushed together. It was a horrible 5 nights trying to sleep together on those beds. Location is perfect I cannot fault that, on the beach literally and all sorts of restaurants with bars. You can walk anywhere around the area and bus station is nearby as well. Staff was lovely unfortunately they have to work with what is available provided by their employers.

    Un hotel bien ubicado, limpio y con personal muy servicial- dispuesto a ayudar en todo que fuese necesario; hicieron que mi estadía en las Palmas fue de lo más relajante y sumamente divertida.
