Excellent Stay with Outstanding Hospitality from Ikram

I'm having a wonderful stay at Ruwi Beach Hotel Apartment. The facilities were all well-maintained, clean, and comfortable — everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant visit. What made the experience even better was the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff, especially the receptionist Ikram. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Her hospitality truly made me feel at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

It’s old snd doesn’t deserve the price. The hot water is coming brown ( Full of corrosion ). There is a noisy sound of electric panel which located inside the room.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was good

1.The first room I was given had rusty water coming out of all the taps so it was a very difficult two days after which they changed our room. 2.Even slippers were not available in the bathrooms and when asked to put slippers in the bathroom, it was further said that you have to pay extra for it. 2.The front office staff was very rude and incompetent.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a great location. The staff is very good with customers. All services are close to the hotel. The rooms are large and spacious. I hope you will try to live in this hotel. If you live once, you will live in the hotel always.
