Everything , There's no parking available, and finding a spot is a hassle because the parking is elsewhere, and even that parking area is unregulated. The photos don't match the hotel at all; the furniture is old and worn, and the furnishings are outdated and unfit for living, even for an hour. It was a shock, and I left the place a day before my scheduled check-in.

When you buy cheap you get the lowest class of hotels. The hotel is decaying and has a sewage stench in all bathrooms. The general manager Jim is in denial however fixed the stench on the last 2 days of stay. The catering staff for breakfast are rude and have no manners. The room service Usman and Mohammed were the best help in the hotel. The receptionist Panchal, Hassan, Irfan were very polite and helpful. If the staff were not nice then I would have given one star. The staff work hard. The hotel needs renovation. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are not clean.

Worst hotel ever people very unfriendly from reception, i spent there more than 14 days. they sent broken towels! Broken toilet and houskeeping will never come unless you call and beg them for it. Its a nightmare!!! Last time and totally dont recommend

The rooms are spacious. For the price, it was very good. You might have to share it with very small permanent residents -- mainly in the bathroom and counters by the fridge. Killed a few who were too curious about me. Staff is friendly. Close to almost everything (food, supermarket, shops).

When I got to my room, there were no towels! They were quick to deliver some towels. I then noticed there was no toilet paper. Seriously?? The hotel is very nice and the service is very good but simple things like this can alter your opinion. The bedroom door handle was also badly damaged. Breakfast was very simple but pleasant. The air conditioning had a mind of its own. The room was always freezing cold even when the thermostat was set to 24°C. I woke up in the middle of the night and the temperature in the room was 18 or 19°. How can the room get this cold when the thermostat is set to 24°? I enjoyed my stay but this hotel does need to polish up on a few things...

I was checked in by a lovely man named Adil. He was very professional and an absolute gentleman. I had just arrived from a long trip and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was very clean. I slept very well. Breakfast the next morning was pleasant but nothing elaborate. I enjoyed my stay!

No Chlorine in Pool No Light in Sauna Jacuzzi not working. Breakfast was 1 -2 days old and cold. When asked for extra towel, night shift in charge said, we don't have it as Hotel is too busy. Very narrow and limited underground parking and have to wait for several minutes to let the guy come and open the gate Found a live cockroach in room. Overall very bad experience.

Room cleanliness is not good ( carpet, window in bad condition ). inside room has small flies which can't leave anything without covering it. water leakinging from bathtub, bathroom will be flooded every time eill use it. when arriving, Sink didn't drain-out water, called room service to fix it. Refrigerator has noisy fan all the time.

The hotel staff did everything to frustrate me. It has been the baddest hotel ever. The hotel staff had fun to let me wait for my room. The craziest excuses were brought up to let me wait. Very VERY BAD AND RUDE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING THERE. Nobody should go there and the government of UAE should close this hotel until there’s another management.

If you are driving, traffic is intense. I parked on the other side of the street and walked in to check in. They offered to get my cat and bring it into the very cramped but possible parking lot. It worked!

Rooms were large and spacious. Kingsize Bed matterrese was very comfortable. Bathroom all amenities in excellent condition. Room cleanliness each day very good. All hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Manager excellent and made my stay very pleasant. Used Pool, Sauna and Gym. Near heart of Sharjah City.

It’s one of the worst properties I have ever stayed. Everything is disaster. The receptionist communicates in double meaning. No food, no water and. No towels. All the staff’s working at the property is worstly managed I will never recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay again.
