The view and location were amazing. Easy access to the beach with a lifeguard tower right on your doorstep. The trams are fantastic with a stop close by and Cavill Ave is walking distance from the property.
The showers are shit. No water pressure and constantly running out of hot water. The glass sliding doors are hard to open and need maintenance.
The beds are also not comfortable at all.

Amazing location and views. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. Property met all of our needs. Overall, very satisfied and we had a great holiday
Maybe a slightly bigger clothes airer. Hot water ran out a couple of times but all good.
