Spacious apartment with everything you need. Comfy beds. Location is perfect (tram downstairs, beach 3min walk, walking distance to Surfer paradise...). Amenities: swimming pools, spas, bbq... And the view ... 🤩!!! Wonderful place to stay.

There is an unusual smell outside in the passageways coming in and out of the lifts.

The location was excellent, easy to walk to town and the beach, easy to access the main road to get to the theme parks and amenities. The main pool area with sandy shore and cave was great, the kids loved it. it was deep enough so the adults could have a decent swim. the indoor pool provided a good alternative in cold weather. Kitchen and bathrooms functioned well as required, but are dated and need a update.
The room would benefit from a few improvements to enhance comfort and overall guest experience. The living area seating was insufficient for a family stay, and the television audio setup made viewing difficult. Shower water pressure was very low. Some property facilities were unavailable during the stay without prior notice, leading to disappointment.
