Crown Towers

Resort feel. Close to amenities. Close to the beach. Great onsite facilities, including restaurants, cafes, and pools. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was amazing, much better than the photos.

Second & third bedroom need air-conditioning. Fan didn't cut it, and was noisy. An actual key rather than a code or FOB was slightly limiting for 6 people. We had a large hire car that was difficult to park on site due to the height.

We had such a fantastic stay at the Crown Towers - we were with a large group and everyone loved it, we've all said we want to make it a yearly trip. The rooms are such a great size, the pools are fantastic and it's in a great location. We are a family of 4, with 4yo twins and it was perfect for us. We even ended up extending our trip while we were there as we loved it so much.

The only negative was slightly uncomfortable beds and our curtains didn't shut properly so the light came in.

the size and the location. access to gym, sauna and pool of the hotel was fantastic

Just a few more amenities and newer kitchen appliances would be great but I that didn’t really deter from our stay.

Host communication was good, though extra bed request was not followed through & carpark instructions were not very clear. Caretaker was helpful. Nice views. Spacious unit. Hotel facilities. Location to beach is good. Excellent food from the Thai restaurant.

Noise from high rise property being built next door. Unit is looking tired. Bad smell coming from laundry. Blood stains on bedding. Water in the fridge dispenser was dirty and mouldy - we cleaned it. Some cutlery & plates were not clean. Only one car park. Nothing but basic extras included - salt, pepper, glad wrap would have been appreciated. Was expecting a private booking to be more thoughtful than a standard one, particularly at that price. Pool/spa water indoor and out was freezing even though it is stated as heated.
