The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo appears to be recently updated. Be paint, furniture and kitchen all in working order, as they should be. Clean, comfortable bed, great view. View is better than the front, where i stayed last year. The two bars are really fun, with great bands. Food on premises. You really don't have to leave the resort, but everything is close. Wasn't a washer and dryer in the room. Must have meant available within the resort. Only thing is you have to pay 30 per day extra, when you arrive, but i was aware of that. It's also the first room off the elevator. Which is an extra convenience. As for the staff at the bars, front door were amazing.

We had a nice stay in here, there were variety of pools and a bar with a great access to the beach. They are constantly cleaning and everyone was polite. However if you look for a calm place this won't be it, you have a bar that I liked the live music but if you don't want music until late night don't stay there. I really enjoyed the indoor pool. The place it's old but they give good maintenance.

Been going for 40 years since I was a kid with my mom and her timeshare. I love my experience here. The staff is always wonderful especially the beautiful woman at Windows. They’re like family. They’ve been so good to my mom and my family. I had to come back.
