Excellent location
No batteries for remote It took 2 days for someone to come in to fix the door that was off track and to bring batteries. We were told we were not supposed be use hotel personnel.

The view was spectacular and as always the amenities are 5 star
The room was out dated. I did not know there was a $30 dollar a day charge. No maid service because the room was not Sands the hallways could use some work.

The room was not clean, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The kitchen had very limited cooking supplies. They were doing beach work so the beach was closed, which was understandable. No outlets by the bed for my husbands cpat machine. Had to run an extension cord.
