Four-bedroom apartment completely design, with a beautiful attic room recently renovated and re-decorated, you can enjoy one of the best areas of central Madrid. Two bedrooms with 1.35 cm beds, another with a 0.90 cm bed and exterior balcony and the loft room with a 1.50 cm queen bed. You will have a totally comfortable and comfortable stay. All beds have a pack of sheets so you don't have to worry about a thing.
- Living room: bright living room completely renovated with designer furniture and hundreds of details. It consists of a comfortable sofa, carpet, coffee tables and air conditioning and a very bright balcony overlooking the street. (THE AIR CONDITIONING IS ONLY IN THE LIVING ROOM- AND IN THE ROOM OF THE ATHLETE, NOT IN THE REST OF THE ROOMS)

- 2 fully equipped bathrooms with everything you need to have a perfect stay for 1 to 6 people.
The bathroom will have a towel pack for each guest: large, medium and foot towels.
Hair dryer, iron, soap dish, shampoo and gel.
Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.
Access to the apartment works with an automated system that is activated with your mobile phone, so it is important to have a phone with internet, at least for check-in. Inside the apartment you will have a set of keys for the stay.
IMPORTANT: Only one set of keys is left in the apartment for the stay, due to security policies. The opening system with the link will also remain valid throughout the stay, so you can use both the keys and the opening link.
The neighborhood is emblematic of Madrid, very close you have two metro stations: Delicias and Palos de la Frontera, if you want to walk downtown you have only 5 minutes.
Nearby you will find Atocha, the Reina Sofia museum and the El Retiro Park, you will have an incredible experience.

My kid got stuck in a bedroom at 10:45 PM because the door would not open, no lock on the door, latch issue. Child need medication in 15 min, support jumps on it, luckily medication also locked in room and kids can take it. Maintenance guy showed up looked like he ran there, from calling support to door being open, maybe 40 min. Bad experience, good respond. Bathroom, kitchen/living room area are cramped, good location and worked for a group of 7.

We needed a place to stay for one night near the train station and this was perfect! Neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores were close by too!
