It is a good location and a good size apartment. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The kitchen is well done. The only thing I would be aware of is if you decide to stay in the warmer months…I did not see any air conditioning, but the owner recently started to rent this out an day have plans to install a unit.
I think the heating is not enough for such a large apartment. The highest I could get was 18.4C (65F).
