Wish we had booked a room with a bathroom
Sheets were stained, and then replaced with flannel sheets way to warm for them.

We were only here for one night and got in around 7:30pm. We liked that were didn't have to be there by a certain time and could let ourselves in with the code provided. The home was charming and our room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. Breakfast was plentiful. A good variety of options were given and hot items were cooked to order when you got there. The location was great, just a short walk to St George St and a lot of the popular attractions in the historic area.
The home is older so it has that charm, but the lighting in the entry area on the first floor could be a bit brighter. The handrail on the stairway is a little wobbly so it could stand to be tightened. The dumb waiter for luggage either didn't work or we couldn't figure out how to use it. We pulled and pulled on the rope but nothing happened. Things were moving but nothing came down for you to put your luggage on.

Location was perfect for downtown. Bed was comfortable. Linens smelled great. Small fridge, microwave and kitchen itens were nice to have. Room was large and had it's own thermostat. Codes for front door and room were simple. Breakfast was fantastic!! Presentation and food itself was done very well.
Shower setup was workable, but not great if you are too tall. Room is up 2 flights of stairs which are a bit narrow for the treads (old house).

Location is good, not the best but OK. No need for keys, you will use a code to enter the B&B and the room. Breakfast is OK, Esther will cook great eggs and bacon but the rest of the breakfast is just average to low.
Our room was in the first floor, beetween the kitchen and the breakfast room, so the noise and the smell were bothersome. B&B send us a memo about not making noise after 10, I guess that memo was only for us and there was nobody to enforce it. At least next guests in 2nd floor room weren't as noisy as previous ones.
