There was a little confusion with the front door code but it got sorted out quickly.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, unique, and full of character. The breakfast was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised that we could check in earlier than the scheduled time. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring St. Augustine.

The staff was exceptional. Ester and Kim were very kind, personable, and educational. I don't think I've ever been treated so well at another lodging place before. Thank you!!
The pillows for the beds could've been a bit higher quality. The bathroom tub felt a bit outdated and was small.

The breakfast was awesome.. definitely the best part of our stay. The location was good. It was close enough to walk places but far away enough to not have a lot of nighttime noise. The hostess was very friendly.
The bathroom was below par.. no place to put toiletries or other items. The towels were paper thin. The toilet paper was cheap - single ply. There was no water available for the coffee pot. There were no "extras" like cookies or fruit available for snacks.
