Room temperature was good during day but at night gets too warm

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at SWI. The location is so good...one street away from all the shops and restaurants, but not too close to where you'd hear a lot of noise. The communication between management and me was exceptional. They promptly answered any questions I had. Our room, which we stayed in the last time, appears to have been nicely updated. A great feature is the little side room with the twin bed, perfect for my daughter. The room was clean and stocked well with towels and toiletries. I also appreciated how cool it was in our room (and they supply blankets for anyone thinking it was too cool). It was nice to return from the Florida heat! We would definitely come back again in the future.

We really had no issues!

Location was AMAZING - walking distance to everything. Easy self service check-in/checkout. Very comfortable bed Allowed us to do late checkout and they are pretty responsive through Booking.com messaging

- Parking was truly a nightmare, it was so narrow to get in and our first night there was a large truck parked near the entrance so we were not able to leverage the provided parking space. - There is no one on premises to help, our room was far too cold and we couldn't find the thermostat in the main house (very odd there is no temperature control in the room and cannot close the vents) - TV did not work - Just a warning that check out is 10am not the 11am advertised on Booking.com however we asked for late checkout and they allowed that!

The location was great.

The facilities were mediocre. There was no hot water, the AC was dripping overheard at the door entry and it ws not cooling our room properly. The TV did not work either.
