Staff were super nice; mainly interacted at breakfast. Breakfast was nicer than expected and hit the spot.
Location was perfect. Walking distance from everything. Check out time was good and checking easy.

We don't typically eat a big breakfast but did have am coffee in the dining room love the New Orleans vibe music. And staff.

Location, parking, staff, breakfast, and a very comfortable bed. Located in the historic district close to everything that was of interest to us. Heard very little to no outside noise.

The location was fabulous for walking around St. Augustin and the surrounding cities. The housekeeper who came down to greet me while I was waiting for the registration team member to arrive was a consummate professional. She greeted me and apologized for my wait. She asked where my car was and walked outside with me to show me where my husband could park to unpack the car. She also responded to our call for the mess and stinky socks that were left in our room and was very pleasant and professional.
Arrived to a sign at the registration desk kindly stating the team was performing another duty and asking to call. I called and had to persuade the person on the other end I was at the desk. The person who arrived seemed put out. She told us all the "no's." No guests in the kitchen, you aren't going to be parking in that spot... I asked her if there was anyplace we shouldn't miss experiencing this weekend and her reply was "Oh, I only come into the city for work so I have no idea." She didn't tell us about the lavender sachets, the towels, etc. We arrived in our room and I went to wash up. My hands and black shirt were covered in red liquid (the brandy?), which I realized was surrounding the bathroom sink. My husband opened a drawer and there was an awful smell- several pairs of stinky, worn socks. I called and was told that the manager had checked the room and assumed someone had gone back into the room after it was cleaned. The manager supposedly remade the bed with clean sheets and cleaned the room. Missed the brandy and the stinky socks. We were in the unattached apt and there were no glasses (other than tiny brandy glasses), two tissues in our tissue box, which someone had fluffed so they must've felt it was light, and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper.
