Inn on Charlotte Boutique Hotel

This location is absolutely perfect, especially if you get one of the rooms with the veranda. The staff were lovely and helpful. My only small complaint is that breakfast was extra - this is a bed AND breakfast - it seemed strange to have to pay for the breakfast. Also, there was no breakfast menu - they just brought out an omelet, bacon, and toast. That might be because they're currently under construction, though. I highly recommend it!

It is very convenient location to everything in Saint Augustine. Our room was small, but very pretty.

The experience of this bed and breakfast was just OK. It looked like they were renovating while we were there, but didn’t try to decorate or create any kind of nice experience for Christmas because we paid a high price for these rooms, those little details matter. We also were surprised the morning we checked out that someone broke the front door, and it looked like it was a break-in. I alerted the staff with the number they gave me, but they didn’t even respond until noon. Not sure what happened there, but luckily that was our day to check out.

The location.

The large jacuzzi tub had no railings to hold on to. We did not shower during our visit as we didn’t feel safe. We had to park a few blocks away. We were not told there was ice available or coffee in the morning. The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. There were no dressers in the room and a closet with two hangers. We lived out of our bags and couldn’t shower!
