Perfectly located in the middle of the historic District with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The free parking is a great bonus.

I was disappointed, first of all there was no front desk, no breakfast oddly enough for a bed and breakfast, not even coffee. Limited staff although the lady overseeing the property was very nice and would offer water and towels . The room was very small.
