It was fantastic. The grounds were absolutely beautiful.

The room was lovely-having a separate place to sit from the bedroom was nice. The furniture was new (not worn down). The cookies were GREAT, snacks at the wine hour, pretty basic. But my husband said the white wine was good.
The unpleasant part was the staircase up to the second floor which was rickety and I felt unstable going up and down. Don't try it in heels if you are over 60.
