Excellent, cute, breakfast great. If you like eclectic, quaint places , its an excellent place to stay. Staff very considerate, humble. and accommodating. They have a balcony with refreshments, Delicious breakfast, coffee, cookies, wine, think bourbon, common lounge area, open all the time. 1 block walk in distance from all the action. Had a wonderful experience.

Our room was perfect! Nicely decorate very cozy. The property is within easy walking distance to the historic district, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make our stay feel special! Loved every minute of our stay.

Everything was perfect! Breakfast, staff, rooms, parking! The best place we've ever stayed in St. Augustine! Will be back again!
