The ground floor has a spacious open plan kitchen-living-dining area, as well as a separate snug which is ideal for family use. The home has off street parking for two cars and is a short walk to bakery, grocery store, restaurants/take-aways and several pubs.

There are frequent bus services to Oxford and Haddenham & Thame Parkway, the Thornhill Park and Ride is two miles away which has a regular bus service to Oxford and London.
