This is the fifth time I have stayed. Quiet, large, comfortable rooms on a central courtyard.
Only thing is that it's room only, so no breakfast, But there are places locally where you can get breakfast.

Nothing negative at all . No pub within walking distance but this is not a negative merely an observation as some might like that .

Good shower, good bed, welcoming hosts, isolated location within easy reach of civilisation (by car) and low impact walking options. Ample car parking. The fact that the accommodation is child-free was a positive.
