Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the condo. The view is awesome! The porch is fantastic (but bring a fan).
The only downside is that the keypad on the door is a 10 digit code and if you do not have the timing just right, the keypad will reject the attempt. We struggled with it when we first got there, but got the hang of it.
This has nothing to do with the condo, but the beach access is odd. There is a path, but it’s just a path between the dunes. It’s fine, but just different.
The beach is VERY private without a lot of traffic which is a huge selling point for us!
Great place to stay! I would absolutely go back.

Just returned from a wonderful week at IOP. Condo is beautiful with a great view. Very relaxing, comfortable and clean. Family loved it!

We enjoyed the views of this property, its walking distance to the beach, and the ease of getting into and out of this property from The Citadel. Each bedroom had its own bath which was great for everyone getting ready for our events, and the kitchen provided adequate space for us to cook a nice meal!
I would encourae local travelers to bring your own pillows for the primary bedroom as the pillows were not very comfortable and the mattress was worn.
