the location to the beach was remarkable. dealing with rental property was smooth and the company contracted to provide beach chairs etc was on point.
The property has so much potential however it has to be given some love. The pillows and things need to be replaced. The outdoor patio patios did not have comfortable furniture that you would want to sit outside. The walls needed paint. There were steps on the internal stairs that need to be accessed and replaced … it said two rolls with every bathroom and we only had the one roll for each bathroom that we started with. Pillows on the couch and furniture could use refresh … just so much potential if someone would pay attention to the property.
