Welcome to 1405 Ocean Club in Wild Dunes! Located in the most prestigious condominium development on the Isle Of Palms, 1405 Ocean Club offers the best in Oceanfront accommodations. The commanding view of the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking! A large covered deck provides the absolute best location on the Island to watch the sunrise over the ocean, or to watch family members playing in the surf. 1405 Ocean Club offers the best in oceanfront views and amenities, which will ensure your family the best Isle of Palms beach vacation!
1405 Ocean Club offers three large bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature oceanfront views, each with a king bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin. The bedding provides perfect accommodations for three couples traveling to the beach for quiet beach walks and golf or large families looking for the best summer vacation. Bright beach colors accent each room throughout 1405 Ocean Club. The spacious kitchen offers new stainless-steel appliances and ocean views. The living area offers delightful furnishings with unbelievable oceanfront views. Both the living area and master bedroom provide direct access to the large oceanfront deck.
Finally, the amenities offered at Ocean Club are the best in the community. A brand-new pool is highlighted with a zero entry, kids water feature, baja deck and hot tub. It is the best pool complex on the Isle of Palms! Grilling stations are also offered to guests, just adjacent to the swimming pool. In addition, Ocean Club is a gated community within Wild Dunes with paved beach access paths.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property, please reach out to AvantStay to rent beach chairs/umbrellas.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- The Ocean Club pool is unheated and is open yearround from 8am to dusk. The pool deck features a community grill and a hot tub.
- Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

I have personally stayed at Ocean Club many times. This unit was very clean, awesome views, and did not disappoint. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room. Nice kitchen appliances, although no steak knives or a blender. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again (but would tote my blender)!

This was a super nice condo with short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed with all the pans/utensils you could want, as well as blenders, coffeemakers, and nice appliances. The bedding was sufficient. We would stay there again, for sure. However, wouldn't take advantage of the credit offered for anything other than the bike rentals. You can rent chairs and umbrellas that are set up for you daily for practically the same price.

Loved our stay, pictures were an exact representation of the property. Very clean, great location and loved the elevator and luggage carts to help with move-in/move-out! Highly recommend!

Pros: great view, location, nice pool, and 1 comfy bed.
Cons: our room wasn’t ready even though we received the text that it was clean and ready so we had to bring all our luggage back down to car, a lot of bees outside our door, 3 firm beds, and kitchen needs a deep clean.
