Guests enter Gigi's Beach House by entering their code in the electronic door lock on the front door of the home. When you enter the front door, you will find an interior staircase to the home's second floor. On this second floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor balcony and a half bathroom. There are also two additional staircases on the second floor. One staircase takes you to the third floor, where you will find the primary suite, the queen suite and the guest suite. The staircase in the living room on the second floor takes you downstairs to the first floor, where you will find a bedroom suite with two queen beds and private porch, a laundry room and another staircase that takes you to the open game room below. The game room has a combined billiards / ping pong table.
Gigi's Beach House is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

The Beach Club community next door to Ocean Point is undergoing renovation during 2026. There may be occasional periods of noise and construction traffic within Wild Dunes.
Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
