Relaxation and nature experience! If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have come to the right place: The stone house typical of the region is located in the middle of the characteristic landscape of Pico, which is characterized by lava stone. From the outside, typical island lava stone house, inside comfortably furnished, the small house conveys a really cozy atmosphere. In the inner courtyard, a seating and barbecue area invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. Here you can spend undisturbed hours, with good visibility even with a view of the volcanic cone Montanha do Pico. The nearest houses are a long way away, but both Madalena and São Roque do Pico can be easily reached by car within a few minutes. The roaring Atlantic waves are only 400 m away; There are natural swimming pools in São Roque, among others.

The house was comfortable. The gentleman living in the adjacent home was very gracious, helpful and welcoming. The house is as listed. It is a short walk to the ocean. The view of the volcano, Pico, is magnificent. The house is about 15 minutes driving from the airport, 15-20 minutes from a supermarket, and 20-25 minutes from the ferry in Magdalena.
The interior lighting is not great, but everything else in the house was good. Although the house is quaint and rustic, it is clean, safe and appointed with all necessary amenities.
