10 days of amazing adventures with a lovely property to relax in after each day!

Excellent location with very good facilities for our climbing group of 7. Beautiful views above Calpe to Ifach. Nice bathrooms and lovely well kept gardens. Good well looked after pool. Ample parking area for several cars. We all loved the house.

Could do with some extra spoons and mugs as when dishwasher was on we were short.

A perfect place to relax

The private pool and outside space as well as the spectacular view across Calpe. As we were only two people there was plenty of space. The villa is very private, with a good parking area and as extra a games room. So nice to have a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is small but adequate. Loved the outside table and chairs under the outside terrace area spent most of the time there eating and relaxing. Overall this villa is a fantastic place and at a very good price. If you book this villa, you do need a car but you can get into Calpe, very quickly once you learn the quick routes.

The sun beds had seen better days as well as wooden garden furniture. The towels are so old and rough you really need to bring your own. Mattress protectors were very old and hard and we had to wash them. If you bring young children watch the hot water it gets scolding.

Friendly hosts and fantastic villa

Casa Carmen is an amazing villa with a lush spacious garden and a fantastic pool.The views from the garden are amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven. The hosts friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back.

fantastisch verblijf

fantastische tijd gehad. locatie perfect. wat een uitzicht. ruime tuin en de ruimte was perfect voor ons hondje. alles is aanwezig al is het wat verouderd. En als iets er niet is dan vraag je er gewoon om. Dan wordt het gebracht of komen ze het oplossen. Ook de wifi was prima. Wij hebben vanuit het huis gewerkt.

de airco (die we nodig hadden voor verwarming) in de woonkamer was luidruchtig en veel te klein. Overige airco's wel perfect.

Het is een redelijk groot huis met prachtig uitzicht. Dicht bij het centrum van Calp. Ontvangst super vriendelijk.

De verwarming. Airco in de woonkamer maakt heel veel geluid. Staat wel een butagaskacheltje. Beddengoed niet echt confortabel voor de winter en bedden keihard.

La cocina es de gas y los fogones cuando los enciendes vuela el fuego si le das fuerte se enmascaran los culos de las cazuelas y si los bajas se apagan

A repetir

A casa é perfeita para umas férias. Garagem com vários jogos, piscina perfeira, ótima vista e zona sossegada. Ar condicionado em todos os quartos. Deixaram banheira e berço para o bebé.

Algumas coisas necessitam ser trocadas, toalhas de banho muito antigas e pequenas, máquina de lavar loiça a funcionar mal e espreguiçadeiras algo desconfortáveis. Nada que retire as qualidades da casa, mas pequenos apontamentos que necessitam ser atualizados.

Exceptionnel !

Le panorama est extraordinaire, il y a une cuisine d'été pour réaliser les barbecues, une grande cour intérieure pour garer sa voiture et le garage aménagé en salle de jeux avec babyfoot et ping pong. Des accessoires de plage disponibles pour les enfants. Le propriétaire répond vite via WhatsApp pour d'éventuels problèmes. Dans la maison, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, beaucoup de vaisselle,. On se croit chez soi!

Au niveau de la salle de bain de la suite parentale, il n'y a pas de VMC ce qui provoque un gros problème d'évacuation d'humidité. Il suffit d'ouvrir la fenêtre mais en période d'hiver, c'est plus gênant. Le lave vaisselle petit et endommagé mais qui a le mérite d'être là et qui fonctionne ! Les casseroles un peu datées mais le sachant grâce aux internautes,on avait amené les nôtres. Cela reste très acceptable quand même.
