We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Verona. The host was exceptionally kind, responsive, and always ready to offer a helping hand whenever we needed assistance. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. The instructions from the host were very clear and helpful. The location was perfect – situated in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the crowds of tourists, allowing us to experience the authentic atmosphere of everyday Italian life while still having convenient access to the old town - 10 inutes walk. The apartment itself was very well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen included all the necessary utensils and appliances, and the bathroom was stocked with all essential items. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring Verona. Parking - the host is giving Verona City Pass for free and we can leave car wherever we want at public parking around the apartment. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place with a genuine local feel and an outstanding host. We would gladly stay here again!

Appartamento in posizione strategica. Situato a Borgo Trento, appena fuori il centro città, quel tanto che basta per evitare le consuete congestioni di un centro storico in modo da avere la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto con relativa facilità. L'appartamento è superaccessoriato, dotato di tutti i confort: dotazione pentolame supercompleto, piano a induzione, forno tradizionale, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, due bagni indipendenti, wifi con collegamento diretto in fibra superveloce, tapparelle elettriche, addirittura carta igienica per tutto il soggiorno, sapone per i piatti, buste per la spazzatura, una smart tv 43 pollici , una smart tv LG OLED 55 pollici con abbonamento netflix incluso! Letti confortevoli, addirittura i cassetti della cucina con luci led interne per illuminazione, pavimento in parquet piacevole nel camminare scalzi, led di cortesia notturna nel bagno, tagliando per parcheggiare gratis, canovacci per asciugare le stoviglie, ciabattine di cortesia monouso per tutti gli ospiti. Insomma un appartamento pulito, spazioso e accogliente, molto confortevole. Importante: le tapparelle chiudono benissimo e non lasciano filtrare la luce del sole, problema che ho spesso riscontrato in altri appartamenti e che mi fa svegliare controvoglia. Presenti anche scaffali per riporre la spesa, mensole per riporre borse, svuota tasche per riporre le chiavi. Insomma, c'è cura per ogni particolare. Di appartamenti ne ho girati tanti, questo è sicuramente il migliore. Complimenti ad Andrea per la sua cortese e puntuale accoglienza.

Fantastic location to everything you need. Old town was only a short 15/20 min walk. Local bakeries and bars a few mins walk away. Arrival instructions were very clear and the owner was so helpful.
