Tágas a lakás, szép a kilátás a veronai hegyekre.
Korszerűtlen a berendezés, csatornaszag terjeng a lakásban, a berendezés régimódi. Elviselhetetlen volt a meleg szinte minden helyiségben, mert az egyetlen, alacsony kapacitású klíma a folyosóra van felszerelve. Ez így nem nevezhető klímás apartmannak. Az idegenforgalmi adó kedvezmény nem ellensúlyozta a kellemetlen körülményeket.
